FS Process Cleaner - Foaming alkaline cleaner - Zep Industries

For removing grease, dirt and grime from woodwork , stainless steel , floors , walls , hoods , broiling and baking ovens , machine parts, glass and many other hard surfaces .

Properties :

• Suitable for manual cleaning, high pressure cleaning and foam cleaning with a foam former.
• Even in combination with medium hard water, the effect remains good and can be easily rinsed off. Rinse well to avoid any stains.
• All cleaning and wetting agents are fully biodegradable.
• Approved as a surface cleaner in the meat and poultry processing industries.

Applications:

The product effectively cleans woodwork, chrome, stainless steel, floors, walls, extractor hoods, grill and baking ovens, machine parts, lighting accessories, mirrors, glass and many other surfaces. Well suited for use in canneries, fish processing plants, wineries, vegetable processing plants, institutional kitchens and breweries, as well as bakeries, bottling plants, restaurant restaurants business, dairies, food service establishments, egg processing plants, meat and poultry processing plants.

Manual :

General cleaning:

1. Dilute 1 volume of product in 15 to 30 volumes of water.
2. Apply with a sprayer or sponge.
3. Rub if necessary.
4. Rinse thoroughly with tap water.

Foam cleaning:

1. Dilute 1 volume of product in 15 to 30 volumes of water for foam cleaning, depending on the degree of contamination.
2. Apply the foaming liquid to contaminated surfaces and rub if necessary.
3. Rinse thoroughly with tap water.

High pressure cleaning:

1. Dilute 1 volume of product in 15 to 30 volumes of water for pressure cleaning.
2. Apply to contaminated surfaces.
3. Rub if necessary.
4. Rinse with tap water.

Mixing with chlorine:

1. The product can be mixed with sodium hypochlorite in the ratio 1:1 to increase the concentration of the product.
2. Mix the required quantity of product then dilute the mixture as described above for general cleaning, foam or high pressure.
