Loop Clean - Powerful cleaner for closed circuits - Zep Industries

Allows you to clean closed heating or cooling circuits and eliminate limescale and iron deposits that have formed in the circuit.

Properties :

• Effective: Loop Clean disperses, in an alkaline environment, lime and iron deposits present in a closed circuit.
• Safe to use: Loop Clean acts in an alkaline environment and helps avoid the risk of corrosion during washing with an acid solution.
• Easy to implement: Simply put the necessary quantity of Loop Clean directly into the circuit, without there being any particular need to use a pump.
• Economical: 2% of Loop Clean, calculated in relation to the total volume of water in the circuit, is sufficient to clean this circuit, while leaving it operating normally and without needing to stop it.

Applications:

Loop Clean allows you to clean closed heating or cooling circuits and eliminate limescale and iron deposits which have formed due to corrosion phenomena which have occurred in the circuit, or encrustations formed before the treatment.
Loop Clean causes these deposits to disperse slowly in the water, without the need for a descaling acid wash which always risks corroding the metals in the circuit.

Manual :

1. First of all, drain the circuit and then fill it with clean water containing 2% Loop clean.
2. Restart the circuit and check the appearance of the water.
3. 2 to 3 weeks later, drain again as soon as the water becomes cloudy.
4. Repeat the treatment if necessary, operating in the same way.
5. After the last drain, fill the circuit with clean water and add 1 to 2% (by volume) of Loop Clean.
