PRO 40P - Water-resistant PU wood glue - Soudal

PRO 40P is a single-component, unsaturated, ready-to-use polyurethane glue with high water resistance (D4).

Characteristics:

• Easily malleable.
• Professional quality.
• Filling power (intumescent).
• Water resistance D4.
• Suitable for wet wood species.

Application:

• Indoor applications where the bondings come into contact with water or condensation for a long time, repeatedly.
• Outdoor applications whose bonding is exposed to the direct impact of climatic conditions.
• Gluing of windows and doors (corner joints, in particular) to meet class D4 of the EN204 standard.
• Gluing of wooden building elements.

Conditioning:

• Color: brown.
• Packaging: 750gr, 5 kg.

Instructions for use: 

Apply the glue to one of the materials to be glued using a thin-toothed spatula or brush.

Join the two parts together within 15 minutes and squeeze it for at least 3 hours. It is necessary, during hardening, to compress the materials to achieve the highest possible final force.
