OT136 - Chemical Anchoring - Illbruck

OT136 is a new generation styrene-free chemical anchor, fast and almost odorless.

The OT136 anchor has been certified for applications in uncracked concrete and hollow and solid bricks. It is suitable for medium and high stresses, even in wet media.

Implementation:

• Prepare the support by following the preparation instructions. The drilling hole should be brushed 3 times (double) and blower cleaned at least 3 times (double).
• The OT136 anchorage can be applied using a standard putty gun.                                                   
• Remove the cap, place the cartridge in a putty gun, screw the static mixer onto the cartridge and squeeze out the first 5 to 10 cm of product, until a homogeneous color is obtained.
• The elements to be anchored must always be glued to saturation. Insert these elements by rotating them slightly, after filling the drilling hole from the bottom. If used in a hollow brick, place an injection peg.
• After use, remove the static mixer and clean the drain hole properly. On subsequent use, use a new static mixer.

Cleaning: 

• For cleaning supports and tools, we recommend butanone (methyl-ethyl-ketone). The cured product can only be removed mechanically.

Conditioning: 

• 300 ml cartridge.
