OT301 - Waterproofing membrane adhesive - Illbruck

OT301 is a dispersion adhesive based on acrylic copolymers, without plasticizers or halogens.

It has a very high stickiness, and has a lasting elasticity.

It can be applied to porous and moist (non-dripping) substrates, and does not require a primer.

It allows bonding on rough surfaces, works with PE, PA, PP and aluminum membranes but also with mineral supports (plaster, plaster or concrete for example), planed and varnished wood, rigid synthetic materials, stainless metals (ducts for example) and rigid wood-based panels (OSB, MDF, chipboard, plywood).

Advantage: 

• Very high sticky power.
• Durable soft bonding.
• Green color to visualize the glue.

Implementation:

• OT301 should be applied to clean, dust-free and degreased surfaces at a temperature between -10°C and +50°C.
  Also ensure that the supports are not covered with a thin layer of ice.
• Provide extra length to vapour barrier and vapour brake connections to compensate for subsequent movements.
• Apply a bead of glue at least 8mm thick to the substrate. Marouflage the membrane and the fold (overlength) on the damp bead of glue (do not crush, leave minimum 4mm thick).
• Bonding is not possible on substrates covered with a thin layer of ice.
• Clean the fresh glue with a solvent cleaner.

• 310 ml cartridge.
• Color: Green.
