      One-component glue, transparent, thixotropic, water resistant and crosslinking very quickly in contact with moisture.

      Product based on solvent-free polyurethane prepolymers.

      Scope: 

      Suitable for fast, water and temperature resistant bonding of wood on wood, wood on concrete, natural stone, insulation material, rigid PVC panels, sandwich panels and metal and fiber-cement panels and porous materials with other porous or non-porous materials.

      Advantage: 

      • Rapid cross-linking.
      • Very high grip.
      • Expansion after cross-linking.
      • Applicable indoors and outdoors. Class D4.
      • Withstands high temperatures.
      • Resistance to dilute acids, solvents and alkalis.

      Preparation:

      • Bonding surfaces should be clean and dust-free. One of the two surfaces must be porous.

      Implementation:

      • Apply PU011 Quick Build with a manual or pneumatic gun.
      • Apply a thin layer of glue on one side.
      • Join both parties within 5 minutes.
      • Avoid that the surfaces to be glued do not move between them.
      • Pressure increases the adhesion power of the glue.
      • The crosslinking time depends on the temperature, humidity and thickness of the glue layer.
      • The filling power being reduced, to guarantee a watertight bonding, it is advisable to make all adhesion surfaces flat.
      • Be sure to properly ventilate the premises when applying PU011 glue.

      Cleaning: 

      The non-cross-linked remains of illbruck PU011 Quick Construction can be cleaned with a polyurethane cleaner or solvent.

      After crosslinking the residues are removed mechanically only (knife, cutter, ,...)
