TopTek SS 2.0 type tileable covers are mainly used in applications both inside and outside buildings, but having a more public, non-residential nature, where sealing against odors and runoff water is a must and a high resistance class .

The use of a double seal crimped into the frame profile allows these requirements to be met.

They are robust and are certified for the resistance class of C 250 kN in accordance with the European standard EN 124.

TopTek SS 2.0 (Stainless Steel) type covers are made of stainless steel, quality 1.4301 (AISI 304). They are immersion etched and passivated. The thickness of the frame and cover material is at least 2 mm.

In order to achieve the highest strength class, the cover is deep-drawn and provided with a suitable pre-formed mesh reinforcement.

Different foldable anchor tabs allow correct anchoring in the surrounding covering. Additionally, several spacers are provided with the product. During installation, they hold the frame and the cover equidistant. A double seal crimped into the frame guarantees sealing against odors and runoff water. The cover is screwed on at each corner using 4 stainless steel hexagon bolts and is therefore secure. Practical, the 2 in 1 lifting and operating keys allow, on the one hand, to screw or unscrew the bolts and, on the other hand, to lift or replace the cover. Beveled edges and lifting keys with extension rod make for an easy-to-lift lid. Over the years, the sight always remains easy to open and ease of use is guaranteed!

The square corner profiles ensure a perfect connection with the tiles and an aesthetic finish. Plastic caps prevent dirt from getting into the hexagonal slots of the bolts. They offer aesthetic added value.
