BRIEF DESCRIPTION

These hobs allow l? inspection and maintenance of ducts or other spaces in the basement. They are light, easy to set, easy to open, sealed air and odours and corrosion resistant.

CONSTITUENT GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

The trap consists of two parts:

Framework (Curbstone): with sealing strip, conical, so that the lid can be screwed somehow joined hollow pan bolts.

Cover: cross-frame twisted, selected by embedded clips. The lid can be filled with concrete on-site to receive a finish in harmony with the tile surrounding, it is screwed into the frame.

Lid and frame: stainless steel, type 304.

Seal: neoprene. Air and odours can be achieved by the installation of a sealing strip. The doors are specially designed to solve all problems of ducts; in residential construction, renovation, utility construction, industry, schools, kitchens, parking, etc. and this, as much inside as outside. They are particularly well suited to coverage 'invisible'. They areeasy to lay and raise using handles supplied with the hatches.

Installation: frame to seal in the surrounding construction, grid pose in the frame and tighten. The cover is filled with concrete and finished according to the paving surrounding. The lid has a resistance to compression of 50 kN. Recessed height: 75 mm. Depth of cover: 65 mm. Normal cleaning as the ground surrounding. It is recommended d? open the flap once per year and treat the outer edge and the pan in the Middle bolts d? a lubricant.

Statement of placement and use for Chassis tiling Rosco Carodek Placement:

(1) the CHASSIS A CARRELER must be placed in the closed position i.e. the cover must be nested within the framework.
IN NO CASE THE FRAMEWORK CAN BE RECESSED WITHOUT THE NESTING OF THE LID.
(2) the chassis to tile must be placed at the exact level on a bed of mortar, which impliesthat the surface of the tile must be at the same level as the top surface of the chassis to tiling. The framework shall not exceed the level of the soil.
(3) during filling of the cover with concrete or screed, it must take into account the thickness of floor finishing materials (tile, terrazzo, pvc, carpet, parquet,...).
Note: The strength of the frame depends on the quality of the padding material!
(4) in the case of installation of the cover in asphalt or magnesium-based product, it must take account of the expansion of these materials.
(5) after having grouted (during the cleaning of the surface of tile), the cover must be withdrawn from the frame to remove any remnants, and to control if the seal is always well positioned.
(6) Insert the cover again in the frame and screw the Assembly.

OPEN AND CLOSE:
(1) remove the plastic with a screwdriver caps.
(2) unscrew the bolts Allen using the key supplied.
(3) screw the Fix Bridle Line Kites provided as deep as possible and lift the lid.
Note: It is recommended to open each chassis tile once a year and to grease the inside of the frame.?
