ZVC AD Cleaner - Degreaser for mechanical parts - Zep Industries

Medium fast evaporation degreaser for mechanical parts.
Ideal for removing tar, grease, glue and carbonaceous substances from mechanical parts.

Properties :

• Suitable for all types of engines and mechanical parts and elements such as filters, gearboxes, injection pumps, clutches, engine blocks, suspensions, etc...
• Very powerful formula to dissolve oil, grease, lubricating oil, light and heavy fuel oils.
• Vulnerable surfaces such as aluminum, tin and zinc are not affected due to the absence of aggressive substances.
• Flash point above 63°C.
• Environmentally friendly, as it is free of AOX compounds, phosphates and complex compounds.
• Silicone-free.

Applications:

For cleaning engine blocks of cars, trucks, boats, motorcycles, tractors, machine parts, de-energized electric motors, etc.
For use in garages, the transport sector, car cleaning companies, workshops, petrol stations, car parks, etc.

Manual :

1. Apply neat with a spray gun, brush or by immersion.
2. Leave to act for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Accelerate degreasing using a brush or soft cleaning brush until the dirt has completely disappeared.
4. Rinse well using a microfiber cloth dampened with water, a jet of steam or pressurized water.
5. Dry well before use.
6. For faster drying, dry the parts with compressed air.
7. The product can also be applied with a brush or cloth and is suitable for use with ultrasonic baths without heating.
