Epoxy hars clear fast - Epoxy casting resin - Vosschemie Soloplast

Epoxy hars clear fast is a solvent-free, odorless and crystalline epoxy-based 2-component casting resin.
Suitable for thin film casting.

Applications:

• Pour or buff with Clear Fast on wood, cardboard, metal or plastic.
• Has good UV resistance and can be colored with PU pigments or epoxy pigments.

Treatment :

1. Mix the two components in a ratio of 100/45 parts by weight.
   Pot life: 60 min.
2. Thin layers react more slowly.
   Drying after 24 hours at a temperature of 23°C.
3. Fully cured after 7 days.
4. If necessary, apply a first coat as a contact coat and let dry +- 1 hour.
5. You can then pour over the next layer.
6. Apply the epoxy with a brush or pour and spread it with a spatula.
7. Clear fast epoxy can be poured up to a thickness of 8 mm.
8. Do small amounts at a time, depending on processing time.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)

Conditioning :

• 500g, 1kg, 5kg.
