Trennspray - Universal release agent - Vosschemie Soloplast

Universal mold release agent for polyester, epoxy, PU and silicone in a handy spray can (powered by an ozone-friendly propellant).

• Shake vigorously before use.

Applications:

• To protect negative forms and as a release agent for later use in polyester, epoxy, PU or silicone.
• Can be used in polyester, tooling resin, epoxy, silicone or polyurethane rubber molds.
• Do not apply directly to absorbent or porous surfaces.
• To do this, first apply a sealing layer (eg G4 sealing) and let it dry long enough.

Treatment :

1. Always ensure a smooth and clean shape.
2. Apply several layers (2-5) at a distance of 15-20 cm.
3. Waiting time between coats about 15 min.
4. The applied film must be rubbed in to achieve shine and release.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: water

Conditioning :

• 400g.
