Application

Blend

  1. Carefully rehomogenize component A with an electric mixer.
  2. Add component B at the recommended dose to component A and briefly mix the two components using an electric mixer at low speed (start slowly to avoid splashing, then increase speed to 300 rpm for intensive mixing ).
  3. Mix for at least 3 minutes.
The mixture is complete when a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  4. Pour the mixture into a clean container, then mix again briefly according to the instructions above.
  5. Always wear a well-fitted face and eye mask, suitable gloves, and other protective clothing such as a long-sleeved top, work pants, and rubber apron when mixing and handling products.

Implementation

  1. Dry film thickness is most easily obtained by airless spraying.
Achieving the standard thickness and uniform appearance depends on the application method.
  2. In general, spray application gives the best result.
  3. Application by brush or roller may, to obtain the required thickness, require several coats.
  4. This depends on the design, local circumstances and color.
  5. Before starting the application, it is recommended to carry out a test on site to verify whether the result of the selected method is satisfactory.

Conditioning

12.6 kg: blue and beige.
