Hydro-Flex - Wall covering with extreme hiding power - Aquaplan

A white , air- permeable coating that seals pores and micro-cracks in exterior walls caused by driving rain, this is how to prevent water from penetrating the wall .
After drying, an elastic water-repellent screen is formed which also protects the wall from dirt.
Due to its elasticity, this coating can be applied to walls in their raw state.

Its special composition is the guarantee of a great longevity and a high resistance to UV.
It is also easy to apply, has a high covering capacity and dries quickly.

Application :

To be used on painted or unpainted walls, brick, cement, masonry, fiber cement, concrete, roughcast, ...

Useful information:

• HYDRO-FLEX is made of a high quality acrylic emulsion.
• Store in a cool place (max. 20°C) away from humidity.
• Do not use if ambient or substrate temperature is below +5°C or above +35°C
• Do not coat the substrate in humid weather, when there is a threat of rain or in direct sunlight.
• Mix before use and close carefully afterwards.
• Eco-formula: does not contain solvents.
• Clean tools with water immediately after work.

Manual :

1. Dust and degrease the support.
   Clean the support under high pressure in the event of heavy contamination.
   If necessary, eliminate the parts that come off.
2. Fight green deposits, lichens and algae with STOP GREEN DEPOSITS .
3. Seal cracks and crumbled joints with JOINT-EXPRESS or a coatable acrylic sealant.
4. Shake HYDRO-FLEX well before use.
5. Apply 1 coat of HYDRO-FLEX by brush, roller or airless sprayer (0.025 inch opening) at a rate of approx. 0.2 l/m².
   Work from top to bottom.
6. For very porous substrates, first apply a diluted layer (with 10% water) and then the undiluted layer after +/- 4 hours.
