Underground - Waterproof protection for buried materials - Aquaplan

Universal and elastic bitumen emulsion without solvents to seal the exterior side of all materials in contact with the ground or underground.
After drying, it forms a resistant, elastic, seamless and water-repellent coating that fills all pores and micro-cracks .

Thanks to its high resistance to the aggressive influences of groundwater (humus, saline solutions, diluted inorganic acids and alkalis), SOUTERRAIN is the ideal protection for all materials that come into contact with groundwater.
It can also be applied on a slightly damp support.

Application :

For use on all types of concrete and masonry foundations, such as construction bases (e.g. garden sheds, ... ), convector wells, septic tanks, collection trays, sewer pipes or wooden equipment or metal such as garden stakes, tanks, drains, etc.

Useful information:

• Store in a cool place (max. 20°C) and protected from frost.
• Do not apply if the ambient temperature and the temperature of the substrate are below +5°C and when there is a risk of rain during drying.
• Mix well before use.
  After use close carefully.
• Clean the equipment directly after the end of the work with water.
  After drying with White Spirit.

Manual :

1. Ensure that the surface to be treated is sound and free of loose particles.
2. Dust and degrease the support first.
3. Lightly moisten the surface with water.
4. Apply a 1st coat of SOUTERRAIN diluted with +/- 10% water with a brush or a roller at a rate of +/- 1 kg/m² and ensure that each coat is protected from the rain for at least 4 hours.
5. Then apply a 2nd coat of SOUTERRAIN undiluted with a brush or roller at a rate of +/- 1 kg/m²/coat after the first coat has completely hardened.
   This lasts about 24 hours.
   Depending on the porosity of the support and the desired degree of protection, a 3rd coat can be applied undiluted.
