SMX 30PLUS - Polymer adhesive for wooden flooring - Soudal

SMX-30 Plus is a universal elastic parquet glue, without water or solvent.

Suitable for gluing laminated and solid parquet with groove and tongue on suitable interior subfloors.

Characteristic:

• Without isocyanates.
• Easily malleable.
• Suitable for underfloor heaters.
• Very fast pick-up speed.

Applications:

• SMX-30 Plus is a glue for laminate flooring and solid parquet with groove and tongue.
• Solid parquet with a maximum width of 200 mm and a minimum thickness of 16 mm.
• Laminated parquet with a maximum width of 280 mm and a minimum thickness of 16 mm.

Conditioning:

• Color: light brown.
• Packaging: 14kg (cardboard box with 2 aluminum bags), 16 kg bucket, 18kg (3 aluminum bags bucket).

Instructions for use: 

• Apply the glue to the support using a serrated spatula (spatula B11).
• Limit the treated area to what can be covered with parquet in 40 minutes. Lay the parquet floor.
• Tap with a rubber hammer.
• Ensure full contact (min. 80%) of the glue on the back of the parquet. Possibly weigh down the parquet during polymerization.
• Proceed to sanding at the earliest after 12 hours.
