Colmatex black - Professional waterproofing spray - Zep Industries

Professional sealant spray to seal leaks and repair all types of surfaces and materials.

Properties :

• Very versatile: Used to repair or seal leaks on roofs, terraces, tiles and fittings, gutters, channels, PVC pipes, zinc or PVC gutters, ventilation outlets, seals, verandas, etc.
• Extremely durable: Forms a flexible and very resistant film whatever the temperature.
• Dries very quickly: Dry to the touch in 15 minutes, complete drying in 2 to 3 hours depending on temperature
• Easy to modify: Sandable and paintable after drying.
• Easy to use: Aerosol presentation for ease of application.

Applications:

Maintenance services in industry and communities, masons, roofers, plumbers, etc.

Manual :

1. The surfaces to be treated must be clean, dusted and dry.
2. Before use, shake the aerosol vigorously for 60 seconds.
3. Spray approximately 20 to 30 cm from the surface to be treated until the leak or crack is filled.
4. Avoid overloading, prefer application in several thin crossed layers rather than one thick layer.
5. Allow to dry for a few hours before sanding or painting.
6. Purge the nozzle regularly during and after use to avoid clogging: with an aerosol head down and a few short presses.
