Bi-component adhesive for stone , ceramics and quartz-composite , fast drying and resistant to UV and bad weather.

Application domain :

Mainly designed for permanently bonding quartz-composite, large surfaces of colored ceramics and high-tech ceramics (e.g. Dekton, Lapitec, Neolith, Laminam, Kerlite, Maxfine) and siliceous natural stones indoors and outdoors. exterior, as well as limestone (e.g. marble) on the interior.

Manual :

1. The surface must be clean, dust-free, completely dry and slightly roughened.
2. Remove the cap from the cartridge, insert the cartridge into the gun, operate the handle until material comes out of both openings, if necessary, attach a mixing nozzle. Do not use the first 10 cm emerging from the mixing nozzle. If you use it without a mixing nozzle, the two components must be well mixed.
3. The mixture can be used for approximately 6 to 8 minutes (20°C). The bonded parts are transportable after 1 hour (20°C), loadable and machineable after approximately 2 to 3 hours (20°C). Maximum strength after 7 days (20°C).
4. Heat accelerates and cold retards the hardening reaction.
5. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro Dilution
