Akepox panel adhesive 7030 - 2 component adhesive - Akemi

2-component adhesive , stable creamy consistency, easy workability, very fast hardening (approx. 2 to 4 h), mixing ratio 3:1.

  • Specially designed for bonding fine ceramics as well as natural and artificial stone to cement-coated hard foam building boards.
  • Perfectly suited for sandwich bonding (alveolar panels in aluminum coated with GRP).
  • Enables rapid post-processing of parts, ideal for horizontal and vertical applications.
  • Also suitable for bonding other materials such as wood, paper and polystyrene.

Use :

  1. Thoroughly clean the surfaces to be bonded and roughen them.
  2. Mix 3 equivalents in weight or volume of adhesive with 1 equivalent in weight or volume of hardener until obtaining a homogeneous color.
  3. The product can be colored using AKEPOX dyes or concentrates (max. 5%).
  4. The mixture can be used for about 20 to 30 minutes (20°C).
    The bonded parts are transportable after 2 to 4 hours (20°C), loadable and machinable after 8 to 10 hours (20°C).
    Maximum strength after 7 days (20°C).
  5. Tools can be cleaned with AKEMI Nettoyant A.
  6. Heat accelerates and cold retards the hardening reaction.
