Soudaseal 240LV - Hybrid polymer adhesive - Soudal

Combines the excellent mechanical properties of Soudaseal 240 FC with a lower viscosity.

Features :

• Excellent adhesion to most substrates
• Low viscosity, easy to apply
• Very good mechanical properties
• High elasticity - maximum allowable deformation of ±20%
• Easy to apply and extrude, even in difficult conditions.
• Insensitive to mould, contains ZnP (biocide with fungicidal action)
• No bubble formation, even in hot and humid weather.
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all weather conditions Free of isocyanates, solvents, acids and halogens
• Can be painted with water-based systems

Applications:

• Bonding applications in the construction sector and in metal constructions.
• Structural bonding of vibrant constructions.
• Sanitary applications. Connection joints between metals, seals in ventilation systems.
• Structural bonding of wired or safety glass.
• Semi-flexible bonding in the bodywork and container construction sector.

Manual :

1. Method of application: With manual or pneumatic gun.
2. Cleaning agent: With White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening).
3. Finish: Smoothing with soapy water or Soudal Smoothing Product before lamination.
4. Repair: With the same product.
