Fix ALL Crystal is a single-component construction putty, based on SMX Polymers, neutral and elastic high quality, which is as clear as rock water.

Characteristics:

• Clear formula like rock water
• Good grip on most supports, even slightly damp
• Very good mechanical properties.
• Insensitive to mould, contains ZnP (biocide with fungicide action)
• Suitable for health applications
• Easy to apply and extrude, even at low temperatures.
• Isocyanates-free, solvents, acids and halogens
• Can be painted with water-based systems
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization

Applications:

• All collages and joins both inside and outside.
• Transparent and elastic collage in construction and building applications.
• Collages inside on glass and other transparent materials.
• Seals in sanitary rooms and kitchens.

Chemical resistance:

Good water resistance (salt), aliphatic solvents, hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, alcohols, diluted inorganic acids and alkali. Poor resistance to aromatic solvents, concentrated acids, chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Media:

Types: all the usual construction surfaces, glass, treated wood, PVC, plastics, metals, stone, concrete, ...

Condition: undeformable, clean, dry or slightly damp, dusted and greased.

Pretreatment Apply Primary 150 on porous media. Prepare non-porous surfaces with a Soudal activator or cleanser (see technical sheet). When producing synthetic materials, removal or separation agents are very often used. It is necessary to remove all these materials before gluing or laying the joint.
NOTE: with the bonding of curved plastic supports (under duress) such as polycarbonate (Makrolon or Lexan) and PMMA (Plexi glass) there is the risk of crazing (formation of crevices). It is not recommended to use the All Crystal Fix in this type of application. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE (e.g. Teflon®), oil substrates, copper or copper-containing materials such as bronze and brass. It is advisable to do a preliminary adhesion and compatibility test on any medium.
