Fix ALL Flexi is a sealant-glue, based on SMX hybrid polymer, neutral and elastic, for any bonding or rejointing.

Characteristics:

• Optimal applicability.
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization and very durable.
• Good grip on most supports, even slightly wet.
• Can be painted with water-based systems.
• Practically odorless.
• Very low emissions, EC1+ certified.
• Insensitive to mold, contains biocide with fungicidal action.
• Does not contain solvents, isocyanates, acids, halogens or toxic components, completely neutral.
• Excellent resistance to UV rays and all climatic conditions.
