Application :

For roofs with a minimum slope of 10° such as garden sheds, holiday chalets, garages, carports, gazebos, niches, etc.

Manual :

  1. Draw a chalk line about 5cm from the top of the ridge.
This corresponds to the top face of the top row of plates.
  2. Place the gable fascia boards on either side of the roof.
Distribute them evenly to the chalk line and screw them.
  3. Always work in full rows, left to right and bottom to top.
  4. Evenly distribute the bottom row of plates between the fascia boards and screw them to the bottom with 2 screws.
Always screw into the hollow of the plate, approx. 2 cm below the nose.
  5. Screw each plate with the material developed for this purpose.
Use 6 screws per plate. Always screw into the hollow of the plate, approx. 2 cm below the nose.
  6. Ensure that the top row of plates is placed up to approximately the chalk line.
  7. Then seal the ends of the ridge with the ridge cap.
  8. Distribute the ridges evenly over the entire length and screw them to the overlaps, as well as the first and last to the fascia boards.

Conditioning :

1 plate: 114.6 x 86 cm = +/- 1 m².
