Primer G4 - Primer for polyester - Vosschemie Soloplast

Solvent-based 1-component PU resin that reacts to humidity.
Primer G4 is a limited UV resistance (yellows over time), but extremely scratch resistant primer that is solvent and chemical resistant.
Also used as an adhesive and protective layer.

Applications:

• As a primer for all cold curing plastics (except epoxy) and for most other paints etc.

Treatment :

1. Always make sure the surface is as dry and grease-free as possible and apply Primer G4 with a brush or roller.
2. Does not need to be thinned as standard, but can be used up to 50% with PU thinner for impregnating walls.
3. Can optionally be applied to a damp surface, but this makes it more difficult for Primer G4 to penetrate the surface. Dust free after 1 hour
4. Can be painted as soon as the surface is dry to the touch. max. waiting time before recovery: 48 hours
   Waiting time between coats: 2-8 hours.
5. Can be painted with traditional paints. We recommend our Estovoss floor paint especially for floors.
6. Please note: Once opened, packages should always be sealed tightly to prevent them from further hardening in the box.
7. Pour any excess into a small container to keep air out.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
  Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone)
• Always ensure sufficient ventilation and wear a filter mask for released solvents.

Conditioning :

• 1L, 2.5L, 5L, 10L, 20L.
