Carbond 955DG Pirmer is a primer for polyurethane adhesive for bodywork repair like Carbond 955DG

Features :

• Increases adhesion of Carbond 955DG.

Applications:

• Installation of windows in vehicles.

Manual :

• Clean the glass and treat the edge of the glass with Carbond 955DG Cleaner/Activator to activate the adhesion of the primer.
• Apply Carbond 955DG Primer and allow to dry for at least 10 minutes.
• Remove the moldings and cut out the old glass.
• Cut the old putty down to 1 or even 2 mm.
• Treat any paint damage with Carbond 955 DG Primer.
• Apply Carbond 955DG in triangular strips on the glass or on the car.
• Carefully put the glass in place, press lightly and reassemble the moldings.
• The car can be moved after one hour and is ready to drive after three hours.

Application method:

• With manual or pneumatic gun.
• Cleaning: With White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening).
• Finish: Smoothing with soapy water or Soudal smoothing product before lamination.

Repair :

• With the same product.

• 30ml aluminum bottle
