SPS Fiberpanel Prep - Primer for sealants - Soudal

SPS Fiberpanel Prep is a primer specially designed to prepare the surfaces of certain fiber-based facade panels.

Features :

• Raincoat
• Preparing the surface for bonding
• Also suitable for mineral surfaces such as bricks and concrete

Applications:

• Preparation of fiber cement panels (Eternit, SVK,…) and Rockpanel.

Manual :

• The surface to be treated must be clean, dry, dust-free and degreased.
• Apply an even, closed coat using a brush or roller.
• Process the facade panel along the entire length in wide strips of 10-15 cm.
• Leave to dry for at least 60 min.
• Begin bonding within 4 hours after application of SPS Fiberpanel Prep.
• Close the packaging immediately after use.
• Never pour used SPS Fiberpanel Prep back into the bottle.
• Prolonged contact with air reduces the effect of SPS Fiberpanel Prep.
• On highly absorbent surfaces, such as Rockpanel panels, a second coat of SPS Fiberpanel Prep should be applied 60 minutes after application of the first coat.
