EPR-31P Epoxy sealer - Barrier for parquet glue - Soudal

EPR-31P is a solvent-free and water-free primer based on a two-component epoxy.

Applications:

• Designed to act as a waterproof barrier against residual humidity in a cementitious screed, a concrete slab (with a humidity content of max. 7% MC) or an anhydrite screed (with a humidity content of max. 5% MC).

Manual :

• Allow SOUDAL EPR-31P to acclimatize in the place of installation for a few days.
• Add the contents of component B (top canister) completely to component A (bottom canister) by piercing the canister of component B.
• Mix the two components very carefully with a mixer and a drill/mixer for min. 2 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
• Always mix an entire bag.
• Never alter the dosage of the components (Component A + component B).
• Any change in this dosage may affect the hardening and technical properties of the product.
• SOUDAL EPR-31P has a pot life of approx. 30 min after mixing.
• Apply the primer to the floor using a roller, a brush from a paint tray.
• Distribute well over the surface to be treated.
• Do not pour the product on the support so as not to form pools.
