The soudabond easy click & fix combibox is composed of 10 Soudabond easy click & fix , a click & fix gun and a click & clean cleaner .

Features :

Applications:

• Durable, economical, clean and efficient bonding of thermal insulation panels.
• Suitable for bonding insulation boards based on rigid PS ((EPS + PSX), polyurethane (PUR/PIR) and phenolic foam in the following areas: platform roofs, perimeters, facades, drainage or insulation elements, ceilings basement, interior insulation, etc.
• Bonding of fibreboard/gypsum boards in dry construction
• Bonding of non-load-bearing interior walls, such as partitions, privacy walls, American bar counters, stone shelves, etc. in flat blocks (cellular concrete, sand-limestone, plaster, etc.)
• Filling hollow spaces between thermal insulation elements.
• Please note: the use of Soudabond Easy Click&Fix for bonding load-bearing walls is prohibited by the limitations of European patents.
  The 1st first row must be laid on a bed of mortar to ensure perfect horizontality and plumbness.

Manual :

1. Wear gloves and safety glasses.
2. Always remove hardened glue mechanically, never heat it to make it go away.
3. Sufficiently ventilate closed rooms.
4. Screw the gun tightly onto the thread of the gun and shake the gun vigorously about twenty times downwards in order to mix the contents of the tube well, to optimize the quality of the glue and the yield.
5. In case of long interruptions, shake again to obtain the desired characteristics!
6. Set the desired glue diameter using the gun adjustment screw.
   (The emptier the tube, the further the adjustment screw must be loosened.)
7. Keep the gun vertical as much as possible during application.
8. Maintain a 1-2cm gap between the gun socket and the insulation board/substrate when applying.
