Grease separator with integrated sludge trap - Lipumax - ACO

The Lipumax is the traditional fat separator par excellence when installed in the ground . It has an approval certificate in accordance with European standard EN 1825 . The installation is suitable for gravity purification of wastewater of animal and plant origin.

Its design in B45 reinforced concrete complies with the DIN 4281 standard, the Lipumax is particularly resistant in the event of vertical thrust and is the optimal solution in extreme installation situations in terms of load and installation depth. The separator has a premium interior coating that prevents deterioration of the concrete by fatty acids .

Uncoated concrete and compacted concrete are in fact always attacked by fatty acids . Our production technology allows the separator at the 'end of life' to be perfectly recyclable . 'During and after use', ACO products contribute to a clean environment! As a result, we comply with European directives aimed at reduce the amount of waste as much as possible.

The Lipumax is equipped with an integrated sludge trap or connected upstream .
The volume of the sludge trap can be chosen depending on the application, i.e. 100 or 200 times the nominal size . According to the EN 1825 standard, the grease retention capacity is set at 40 l minimum per nominal size . In other words, for a GN 4, the fat retention capacity is at least 160 liters .
The fat separator is available with a capacity of 1 l/s to 25 l/s (nominal size GN 1 to GN 25).

The closing devices , which may possibly be fitted with additional extensions in order to obtain the desired connection depth, comply to resistance classes B 125 kN or D 400 kN . They can be delivered as an option in bolted execution, odor proof . The separation installation can be equipped with a sampling pump .
