Betolub W - Water-based mould release oil - Zep Industries

Water -based release oil based on biologically degradable hydrogen fuels, added active and emulsifying elements.
Forms a stable emulsion, even in hard water.
Used as an aqueous emulsion mainly for absorbent formwork (wood) for pouring mortar and concrete.

Properties :

  • BETOLUB W is a mold release agent which mixes with water, and can be used in the application of (mainly) absorbent formwork such as wood, in the ceramic industry (for example plaster), but also as a release tool. maintenance for the shelves.
  • In the construction of asphalt roads, it prevents the adhesion of the products to be mixed.
  • Forms a stable emulsion, even in hard water.
  • Used as an aqueous emulsion mainly for absorbent formwork (wood) for pouring concrete mortar.
  • To maintain boards and also in the ceramic industry (including plaster).
  • BETOLUB W is based on Triglyceride and is easily biodegradable.

Applications:

Formwork oil can be dangerous for workers working with concrete.
Respiratory and skin protection may be required. After use, the formwork wood ends up in building waste.
Formwork oil ends up directly in nature.

This is why biodegradable formwork oil deserves preference.
This does not cause environmental pollution and is better for health.
In winter, vegetable formwork oil does not seem to resist washing out by rainwater and, moreover, it is difficult to apply because of the cold.
Also, the concrete surface will be spotted.

Manual :

  1. Betolub W must be added to a dose of water while stirring and emulsifying – NEVER THE CONTRARY!
  2. Then add the rest of the water while stirring.
Polluted water reduces the stability of the emulsion.
  3. For concrete release, a mixture of 1:5 to 1:10 is required and for the asphalt industry, 1:10 to 1:20 is recommended.
In both cases, it is possible to use lower concentrations.

Conditioning :
