Roofprimer - Adhesion varnish for roofs - Aquaplan

Quick-drying bituminous bonding varnish , for the preparation of the support for the installation of roofing or the application of a roof covering.
ROOFPRIMER binds dust and loose particles and thus guarantees optimal adhesion of the new roofing or renovation coating.

This primer penetrates deeply into the substrate and dries very quickly.
Is also used as a preparatory treatment for aluminum rainwater drains, before finishing the roof.

Application :

For use on bituminous roof coatings before gluing or hot application of new roofing or before applying a bituminous renovation coating.
Also suitable for other substrates such as concrete, metal, fiber cement, etc.

Useful information:

• ROOFPRIMER is composed of bitumen and fast-drying solvents.
• Do not use at an ambient temperature below -5°C or above +35°C.
• The yield depends on the support: on metal or wood, approximately 10 m² per litre; on concrete or brick, approximately 3 to 4 m² per litre; on bituminous roof covering, approximately 5 m² per litre.
• Clean your tools with white spirit.

Manual :

1. Dust and degrease the support.
2. Apply a layer of ROOFPRIMER with the brush or the roller at a rate of approx. 0.2 l/m².
   For surfaces other than bitumen, a lower consumption is applicable; for concrete, it is more.
3. Let the adhesive varnish dry for min. 3 a.m.
4. Finish with bituminous roofing membranes and/or coatings.
5. Slate flakes cannot be used directly on Roofprimer.

1L and 4L.
