Roof Base Semi Stick - 6m² - Semi-adhesive underlay - Aquaplan

A high quality , semi-self-adhesive underlayment for slightly pitched roofs of 2° minimum which guarantees easy and safe application of the roof covering by means of a torch.
Due to its semi-self-adhesive property, laying an underlay with a blowtorch is superfluous, you can simply stick it on.

Features :

1. By burning off the topcoat, the heat will be sufficient to bond the undercoat at the same time.
   This way, you don't have to burn the torch directly on the insulation or substrate.
2. The underlay is provided with a protective film to be removed, which makes use quick and easy.
   This lower layer is made of high quality elastomers and bitumen and has a combined polyester-glass veil reinforcement.
   This prevents the roll from tearing or shrinking.
3. Thanks to the special composition of the bitumen, this underlayment is of high quality, elastic and easy to apply.
   Thanks to its in-line pattern which distributes the pressure of the steam, any formation of a puff is impossible.
4. The top finish of the underlayment is a hot melt sheet.
   By burning off the topcoat, it will melt and act as an adhesive.

Application :

To be used as an underlayment during a two-layer flame welding system on a flat roof with a minimum slope of 2°.
To be applied in a self-adhesive manner on PIR insulation panels.

Recovery:

Provide an overlap of +/- 10 cm along the length and +/- 15 cm on the acroterion.
You may also need to provide an overlap of +/- 10 cm over the width depending on the configuration of your roof.

Conditioning :

• Roll of 6 running meters with a width of 1 meter.
• Black color.
