Enzymatic renovation powder which eliminates all organic dirt , even the most encrusted, to ensure perfect hygiene and restores the shine of the material .

Properties :

• Eliminates all dirt encountered in industry (proteins, fat, cellulose, starch, etc.) thanks to the action of enzymes.

Applications:

Any type of material (stainless steel, plastic, glass, porcelain, etc.) except aluminum. Renovation of equipment by soaking (dishes, jugs, coffee thermoses, frying pans, showers, detachable parts of machines, cutting boards, gastronomes and other equipment and utensils).

Manual :

Recommended dosage of 0.5 to 2% depending on the degree of dirt:

1. Fill the sink, soaking tank or equipment to be soaked with hot water, sprinkle the product and mix until completely dissolved.
2. Leave to soak for approximately 20 minutes or more if necessary depending on the degree of soiling.
3. Rinse with clean water and dry.
