Azyma 50 - Biological treatment of wastewater collectors - Réalco

AZYMA 50 is a liquid biological activator based on enzymes and probiotics recommended for the treatment of septic tanks and sewage treatment plants .

Properties :

• Reduces the frequency of emptying.
• Increases the biodegradability of wastewater.
• Allows load variations to be stabilized.
• Liquid easily dosed using a programmable peristaltic pump.
• Acts effectively at low temperatures.
• Positive effect on the pipes upstream of the installations.
• Biodegradability rate >99% in 28 days.

Applications:

Septic tanks, sewage treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, institutions, industrial facilities, municipalities or private homes.

Manual :

Septic :

1. Temperature: 15 - 55°C (without affecting efficiency).
2. Manual dosage: Dilute the product in water and inject as far upstream as possible via the outlet of sinks or toilets.
3. Automatic dosing with peristaltic pump.
4. (Re)activation: 500 ml / m³.
5. Maintenance: 1 ml / inhabitant equivalent / day.
6. Time: At the end of service.

Slow flow pipe cure:

1. Temperature: 15 - 55°C (no effect on efficiency)
2. Manual dosing: Inject the product into the main pipeline or into the agitated buffer basins.
3. Automatic dosing with peristaltic pump.
4. Maintenance: 1 liter per 100 kg of organic load (based on COD/day).
5. The product must act 2 hours before the effluent reaches the biological basin.
