Windows & Glass - Recoverable neutral silicone sealant - Soudal

Special glazing silicone sealant for all connection joints between window and wall.

• Can be painted.
• Very good adhesion to glass, enamel, stainless steel, aluminum, PVC, wood, iron, copper, lead, synthetics and other common building materials.

Features :

• Easy to apply
• Unalterable color and resistant to UV rays
• Dry smoothable
• Permanent elasticity after polymerization
• Virtually odorless
• Compatible with many water-based and weak-solvent paints (lacquers)
• Not suitable for natural stone.

Applications:

• Glazing seals between the glass and the frame.
• For applications where overlay is desired.
• For grouting railings, balconies and other structural elements.
• External connection joints on all types of supports.

Manual :

1. Prevent soapy water from penetrating between the wall and the mastic (to avoid possible unhooking at the edge).
2. Light sanding improves adhesion.
3. Before starting the painting work, we advise you to degrease the filler.
4. Apply with a manual or pneumatic gun.
5. Clean with White Spirit or Soudal Surface Cleaner immediately after use (before hardening).
6. Finishes: Can be smoothed dry, with a soapy solution or a Soudal smoothing product, before lamination.
7. Repair: With the same product.
