SikaForce-7888 L10 - Structural Adhesive - Sika

SikaForce-7888 L10 is a two-component structural adhesive that hardens by chemical reaction between its two components to form a durable elastomer .
The glue is applied using a pneumatic glue gun on which a nozzle with a static mixer is mounted.

  • SikaForce-7888 L10 is ideal for bonding large parts, as well as for assembly.
  • Suitable substrates are plastics and metals, in particular aluminum sheets, steel (also phosphated, chromed and galvanized), metal primers and fillers (two-component systems), SMC and GRP materials , wood and ceramics.

Application

  1. The parts to be assembled must be dry, clean, dust-free and free from traces of grease and oil.
  2. We recommend the use of a suitable pneumatic glue gun.
  3. For an optimal mixing of the glue, it is absolutely essential, when using a new stick, to extract a first line of glue of at least 30 cm.
  4. Do not use it for your collage!
