TC acid - Acid cleaner - Zep Industries

Acid cleaner for cleaning aluminum , copper and for removing rust stains from paintwork.
Eliminates scale deposits, for example after washing tanks.

Restores shine to aluminum , galvanized and stainless surfaces.
Removes rust from steel and iron appliances and parts.

Properties :

• Concentrated chemical cleaner, composed of cleaning agents suitable for industrial use, acid-based, non-smoking.
• The acid/detergent combination cleans quickly and effectively.
• Does not contain hydrochloric acid or nitrogenous acid.

Applications:

Very suitable for the removal of limescale and protein deposits in food companies such as canning factories, dairies, bakeries, fish, meat and poultry processing plants, tank truck washing stations, etc. .

Manual :

Cleaning of tanks

1. If after cleaning the tank there remains a deposit of scale, 0.5 liters of TC ACID cleaner per 100 liters of washing water must be injected directly into the automatic washing system for approximately 20 minutes.
2. The recommended wash water temperature is 75 to 85°C.

Restoring shine to aluminum, galvanized steel or stainless steel surfaces

1. Use 3 to 5 volumes of water for 1 volume of product.
2. Apply the dilution. Leave to act and brush until the desired level of shine is achieved.
3. Rinse with plenty of water. If necessary, on very matt supports, repeat the operation.

Elimination of deposits using the CIP (Cleaning in Place) method

1. Flush the system with cold water.
2. Dilute TC ACID cleaner in water at a ratio of 1:5 to 1:10.
3. Allow this dilution to circulate for 20 minutes up to 1 hour.
4. Discard the dilution.
5. Rinse thoroughly.

NOTE. Do not allow cleaner to dry on surface.
Rinse thoroughly.
