TC tankclean alu - Alkaline cleaner - Zep Industries

Alkaline cleaner for cleaning the interior of tanks and containers.
Formulated for the removal of oils, grease and dirt.

Does not require mechanical action.
Thanks to hardness stabilizing additives, this product can be applied with steam and high hardness water without risk of clogging the nozzles of the spraying device.

Properties :

• Can be used without risk on aluminum up to almost 2%.
• Does not require mechanical action.
• As a result, these products are extremely suitable for use in steam cleaners and high pressure washers.
• Can be diluted with both hard and soft water (softens hard water).
• Very concentrated, it can be diluted up to 1:100.

Applications:

Used in the transport sector, including for example tank cleaning stations, garage services, water saving companies, industrial companies, refrigerated vehicles, etc.

This product is suitable for use in the food sector. After using the product, rinse the cleaned surface thoroughly with (drinking) water.

Manual :

Steam cleaning

1. Inject/suck into the steam cleaning device a 1-3% solution of TC TANKCLEAN ALU depending on the degree of dirt.
2. Then inject the mixture of detergent and steam in the form of an aerosol under pressure against the dirty parts/surfaces.
3. Following this cleaning process, spray all the elements with steam to remove the cleaner residue.

High pressure sprayer

1. Inject/suck into the high pressure sprayer a solution of 1-3% TC TANKCLEAN ALU depending on the degree of dirt.
2. When applied to aluminum, the solution cannot exceed 2%.
3. Then inject the mixture of detergent and water under pressure against the dirty parts.
4. Following this cleaning process, rinse well with pressurized water to remove cleaner residue.
