TC tankclean steam - Liquid alkaline cleaner - Zep Industries

Liquid alkaline cleaner , formulated for use in hot water, steam or ultrasonic vibration cleaning installations .
Removes stubborn dirt , old grease and lubricants.

Also contains a descaling additive which slows down the formation of the tartar layer.
Can be used in the food environment.

Properties :

• In most cases it is very powerful already in dilution of 0.5 to 3%.
• Does not clog the nozzles.
• Contains additives that treat hard water and prevent scale formation.
• Neutral on joints and rubber.
• Surfactants are more than 90% biologically degradable.

Applications:

TC TANKCLEAN STEAM is recommended for the following branches: Internal cleaning of tanks and containers.

Manual :

Steam cleaning:

1. Depending on the degree of dirt, inject/suction 0.5 to 3% TC TANKCLEAN STEAM into the steam cleaning device.
2. Then spray the mixture of detergent and steam under pressure in the form of an aerosol (mist) onto the dirty parts.
3. Once the cleaning process is complete, rinse thoroughly to remove any remaining cleaner.

High pressure sprayer:

1. Depending on the degree of dirt, inject/suction 0.5 to 3% TC TANKCLEAN STEAM into the high pressure sprayer.
2. Then spray the mixture of cleaner and water under pressure onto the dirty parts.
3. Once this process is complete, rinse with plenty of water to remove any remaining cleaner.

20 L and 1000 L.
