Aquastop Paste - Ecological paste to make waterproof - Tec7

Aquastop Paste is an MS polymer filling to repair, paste and waterproof.  Aquastop Paste replaces most other products such as liquid rubbers, oil coatings,... .

Aquastop Paste is a thicker paste than the Aquastop Liquid. This makes it ideal for applications where greater thickness is needed such as cracks and transitions between materials.  It also makes applications possible on vertical surfaces.

• Free of isocyanates, solvents and plasticizers (phthalates).
• Does not contain C.O.V. (volatile organic compounds).
• Almost odorless.

Areas of application:

• Aquastop Paste is a grey and consistent paste for vertical applications and to fill.
• It is applied with a brush, spatula or comb.
• For vertical waterproofing (shower walls, cellar walls,...)
• For repairing bubbles and cracks in roof coverings like roofing.
• For repair ings and metal or plastic pipes.
• For the waterproofing of passages in roofs such as skylights, chimneys, attachment of solar panels and satellite receivers, domes,... .
• For the collage of floorcoverings such as tiles, cork, laminate, carpets, insulation plates, hard foams, PIR, PUR,... .
• For the renovation and protection of wooden buildings such as verandas, terraces, garden panels,... .
• For the repair of lead and zinc corrosion.
• For the renovation of roofs: on bitumen, tiles, slates, PVC, zinc,... .
• For the protection of garden wood underground.

• Viscosity: pasty.
• Hardness - DIN 53505: after 3 weeks at 23oC and 50% R.V.: 35 Shore A.
• Shrinking - DIN IN ISO 10563: 4.0%.
• Traction resistance: 10 kg/cm2.
• Breakage-point elongation: 300%.
• Module under elasticity 100% at 23oC - DIN 53504 S2: 0.6 N/mm2.
• Application temperature: 5 degrees Celsius up to 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Thermal stability (hardened): -40c to -90OC .
• Working time at 23oC and 50% R.V.: maximum 30 min.
• Hardening in 24 hours: 2 mm (at 23oC and 50% RV) 100% chemical stability after 7 days (at 23oC and 50% RV).
• Chemical resistance:
  • good water, aliphatic solvents, oils, fats, diluted organic acids and diluted alkali;
  • average: esters, ketone and herbs;
  • concentrate acids and chlorinated hydrocarbons.
• Weather resistance: perfect.
• Water vapour permeability (DIN IN ISO 12572): 3.3.
• Preservation: 12 months in the original closed packaging, cool, dry and frost-free.
