Soudabond 642 DUO is a construction glue, polyurethane, bi-component, suitable for post-injection bonding of assembly brackets in aluminum window profiles.

Characteristic:

• Rapid hardening, regardless of the humidity of the air.
• Good adhesion to aluminum.
• Very fast pick-up speed.
• Very high final strength.
• No water or solvents.
• Filling power (intumescent).
• Without shrinkage.
• Resistant to climatic conditions.
• Universal application.

Applications:

• For the bonding of sill brackets in window profiles of extruded aluminum by post-injection (injection after assembly). However, a pre-injection (injection before assembly) is also possible.
• For bonding various metals.
• Solid bonding of the most diverse material combinations like wood, metal, plastic, stone, etc.

Conditioning:

• Packaging: 2 x 300 ml cartridge side by side.
• Color: Beige, black.
