Tec7 WP7-501 Waterproof Walls + Cellars is a hard but elastic coating for damp cellar walls , cellar floors and others.

Features :

• A hard but elastic coating for damp cellar walls, cellar floors and others.
• Can be tiled, plastered and painted.
• After mixing with water, apply with a brush, with perfect adhesion to porous materials and rapid hardening.
• Resistant to salts and water pressure on a stable and receptive surface.
• Crack-bridging capability and resistant to permanent immersion.
• Prevention or strong reduction of saline efflorescence, waterproof but vapor permeable.

Application areas :

1. The solution for damp stains on cellar walls and floors, loose plaster due to humidity, salt efflorescence ("saltpetre"), mold on walls and ceilings, musty smell and the damp walls crumbling.
2. Waterproof underlay for cellar floors and terraces, waterproof coating for wells, tanks, ponds.
3. Protective coating for concrete surfaces (EN 1504-2).
4. Sealing of foundation walls.

  • Can be painted: after 7 to 14 days.
• Tensile strength: 1.6 MPa.
• Elongation at break: 30%.
• Capillary water absorption: 0.02 kg/m²h.
  • Resistance to water pressure (thickness 2 mm):
  • Negative: > 1 bar.
  • Positive: > 5 bar
• Water vapor permeability: Sd 1.3 m.
• Shelf life: 12 months, stored in a cool, dry place in its original packaging.
