Parade Sealer - Pore filler - Zep Industries

Acrylic copolymer in aqueous emulsion formulated to seal and fill pores in concrete , terrazo or all varnishes.
Particularly effective in correcting adhesion problems caused by oil .

Properties :

• Specially designed for floor surfaces regularly treated with self-shining emulsions or coated.
• Provides a clear, glossy coating, forms a protective varnish and fills pores, thus extending the life of floors.
• Increases the shine of the final wax coatings to be applied.
• Good undercoat for applying wax.
• Designed to achieve a non-slip layer.
• Can be applied with a Floor Finish Applicator.
• Poorer floors look better and cleaner after treatment with PARADE SEALER.

Applications:

Based on acrylic copolymers with metal particles. Use as a primer for porous floors in preparation for wax application.

Manual :

1. For best results, remove all old layers with a Zep-Stripper (SPECIAL or DETSOL).
2. Rinse the floor well with clean water and allow to dry.
3. Apply 1 or 2 coats of PARADE SEALER (depending on soil type and porosity).
4. Apply the 2nd coat after at least 30 minutes.
5. If desired, one or more suitable Zep emulsions can then be applied.
6. Wipe the floors regularly and remove them daily with DOSE EASY 13 or INOVSOL.
7. Keep the floor dust-free.
