DYNA 200 - Safety cleaner and degreaser - Zep Industries

Degreaser for all greasy, oily mechanical parts and profiles . Suitable for degreasing before Non-Destructive Testing . Dissolving printing inks on rollers and inkwells. Cleaning electric motors without power.

Properties :

• Meets MIL-PRF-680 Type III specifications. FITS No. 51-247-01 (AIR FRANCE Industrie).
• SAFRAN qualification according to PR 1500. Qualified on Dassault Aviation civil and military aircraft.
• Aeronautical fitness certificate number according to standard AIR 0011: 142.
• Authorized for use on all Turbomeca engines.
• Authorized for use on RAFAUT weapons equipment.
• VOC free. Flash point above 100°C.
• Excellent solvent power for oils and fats.
• No residue after evaporation.
• Without corrosive action on metals, without attack on plastics and joints.
• High dielectric strength.

Manual :

BULK:

1. In a bath: immerse the parts, close the lid, turn on the compressed air to stir until the dirt disappears.
2. In a closed circuit: place the parts on the grid, using the brush, rub the parts until the dirt disappears.
3. Can also be used as a spray, with a brush or with a cloth.

AEROSOL:

1. Spray approximately 25 cm on the surface to be degreased, leave to act, brush if necessary.
2. For faster drying, blow the parts with compressed air.

Conditioning :

20 Liters and 600 ml Aerosols.
